Advisory: Before visiting
- Suitable for children under 4 years old with an accompanying paying adult.
- No minimum age or height requirement to participate.
- Adult-Child supervisory ratio for participants aged below 13:
- Child must always be accompanied by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age); and
- Maximum of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).
- Check in will open 30 min prior to the programme start time at: (i) the Dolphin Island Entrance in Adventure Cove Waterpark or (ii) Dolphin Island counter located inside S.E.A. Aquarium, and will close 10 min after the programme start time. Participants who arrive after the cut-off time may be refused entry.
- Participants entering through S.E.A. Aquarium are advised to enter the aquarium 60 min prior to their programme. * Participants of the 10am session are to arrive outside of S.E.A. Aquarium Guest Service Counter 30 min before the session starts.
- Participants entering from Adventure Cove Waterpark are advised to arrive the waterpark 45 min before the start of their programme. * Participants of the 10am session are to arrive outside of the Adventure Cove Waterpark entrance 30 min before the session starts.
- Larger groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.
- All programmes are weather-permitting, and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
- Participants are not allowed to bring in their belongings, such as handphones and wallets, or wear jewellery and other accessories. Small lockers will be provided.
- Photography and videography are not allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees apply for purchase of photographs.
- All programmes are weather-permitting and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
- No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island.
- Other general terms and conditions, park rules, and regulations of Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island apply.
- Participants who do not meet the terms and conditions of the programme may be refused entry.
- Admin fees will apply for any rescheduling within the following time frames:
- Reservations for 1-6 pax: Any rescheduling request made within 72 hours of programme date/time will be subject to a $20 admin fee per ticket.
- Reservations for 7 pax and above: Any rescheduling request made within 2 weeks of programme date/time will be subject to a $20 admin fee per ticket.
- All rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Strictly no cancellations or refunds. No-shows will be charged 100% of the programme fee.
