Take your understanding of dolphins a little deeper by getting into the waist-deep waters of their habitat. Our marine mammal specialist will be there to guide you on how to interact with these incredible animals in the water, while sharing interesting facts about the species.

- Requirements for participation:
- Minimum age requirement: 4 years old
- Minimum height requirement: 110cm
- Additional requirements where participants are aged 4-12 years of age:
- Children must always be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age); and
- Maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).
- Participants must be in swimming attire and footwear upon arrival at Dolphin Island. Wetsuits will be provided. Personal wetsuits will not be allowed for use.
- Programme is suitable for non-swimmers.
- Check-in will open 30 min prior to the programme start time at the: (i) Dolphin Island Entrance in Adventure Cove Waterpark or (ii) Dolphin Island counter located inside S.E.A. Aquarium and will close 10 min after the programme start time. Participants who arrive after the cut-off time may be refused entry.
- Participants entering from S.E.A. Aquarium are advised to arrive at the aquarium 60 min prior to their programme. *Participants of the 10am session are to arrive outside of S.E.A. Aquarium Guest Service Counter 30 min before the session starts.
- Participants entering from Adventure Cove Waterpark are advised to arrive at the waterpark 45 min before the start of their programme. * Participants of the 10am session are to arrive outside of the Adventure Cove Waterpark entrance 30 min before the session starts.
- Large groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.
- All programmes are weather-permitting and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
- Participants are not allowed to bring in their belongings such as handphones and wallets, or wear jewellery and other accessories. Small lockers will be provided.
- Photography and videography are not allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees apply for purchase of photographs.
- No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island.
- Other general terms and conditions, park rules, and regulations of Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island apply.
- Participants who do not meet the terms and conditions of the programme may be refused entry.
- Admin fees apply for all rescheduling done within the following periods:
- Reservations for 1-8 pax: Any rescheduling request made within 72 hours of programme date/time will be subject to a $30 admin fee per ticket.
- Reservations for 9pax and above: Any rescheduling request made within 2 weeks of programme date/time will be subject to a $30 admin fee per ticket.
- All rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Strictly no cancellations or refunds. No-shows will be charged 100% of the programme fee.
