Terms and Conditions

• VIP Experience is subject to availability. 
• Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
• VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and no rain checks or refunds shall be allowed. The Dolphin Encounter Experience is weather permitting and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
• Participants are to be at the VIP Meeting Point (next to S.E.A. Aquarium Ticketing Counter) at least 15 minutes before the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience. 
• Complimentary refreshments are provided. Participants with dietary requirements should inform the guide of any restrictions at the start of the VIP Experience. 
• For the safety of all guests and marine animals, participants will have to adhere to the safety instructions, and complete the necessary indemnity and release forms provided by the RWS staff. Guests who do not comply with the safety instructions may miss certain components of the VIP experience. 
• Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change, amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, in its sole and absolute discretion.
• General terms and conditions, park rules and regulations of S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island apply.

Mandatory Safety Requirements

• For access to the back-of-house areas, participants are required to wear proper covered footwear, and keep all loose items secured.
• For safety purposes, crutches and strollers are not permitted in all back-of-house areas.
• Children below 4 must be capable of walking independently to enter into all back-of-house areas.
• Participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a paying, parent/legal guardian at all times.
• The allowable ratio of supervising adults to children is 1 Adult : 5 Children.
• Participants on wheelchairs are welcomed as all public areas at S.E.A. Aquarium are wheelchair accessible. However, please note that select back-of-house areas may not be wheelchair friendly due to the presence of stairs; ramps are not available in these specific spaces that were designed for operations.
• Filming and photography are prohibited at all back-of-house areas & within Dolphin Island.
• All participants are required to complete a release and indemnity form for the component at Dolphin Island.
• Participants are not allowed to bring in their belongings, such as handphones and wallets, or wear jewellery and other accessories upon entering Dolphin Island. Small lockers will be provided.
