There’s nothing more mesmerising and unforgettable than dining in the company of 40,000 marine animals at Ocean Restaurant, Southeast Asia’s only underwater dining experience.  

For a limited time, Chef de Cuisine Marvas Huang of Ocean Restaurant and Chef de Cuisine Tony Choo of Forest森 restaurant are presenting a special Four Hands* Modern Asian menu at Ocean Restaurant, located within the S.E.A. Aquarium. Highlights from this special menu include the Baked New Zealand Cod Fillet (pictured above) marinated in top-rated Kubota Manju Sake. Come savour the freshest of sustainable seafood! 


Little ones can enjoy a marine-themed dessert of their choice on the house – Mermaid Ice Cream Sundae made with organic low-fat milk, yoghurt, berries and vanilla; or an Ocean Jello Cup featuring fresh blueberry-brewed butterfly pea flower tea, lemon-scented whipped ganache and a crunchy cashew crumble.  

From now till 4 September 2020, guests who order the set lunch (3-course at S$45++; 4-course at S$55++) or set dinner (5-course at S$138++; 6-course at S$158++) menus, will enjoy a glass of prosecco on the house.

Meat lovers will rejoice at Osia, helmed by Celebrity Chef Scott Webster, which offers the finest proteins sourced directly from Australian boutique farms. Nothing beats savouring the sizzle and char of succulent steaks prepared a la minute, served alongside fine wines.  

From now till 4 September, indulge in Osia’s delightful Long Fed Angus Beef Ribeye 200 Days (yes, it’s been dry-aged for that long to bring out its remarkable depth of flavour), which comes with a free glass of Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River, Australia. Available during lunch and dinner with every order of a steak main course (from S$48++). Experience nouvelle Japanese cuisine at Syun, where the chefs marry Japanese ingredients with Western cooking techniques. Helmed by Celebrity Chef Hal Yamashita, the menu is rooted in Kobe cuisine. Enjoy an immersive, interactive dining experience at fine-casual MICHELIN-starred restaurant table65 with a complimentary welcome Cocktail – Did You Miss Me or Mocktail – Spice Me Up while you witness the action in the open kitchen.  

Helmed by renowned Dutch chef Richard van Oostenbrugge, chef and co-owner of critically acclaimed Restaurant 212 in Amsterdam, the restaurant’s signature modern European creations include the iconic Apple dessert, which features a stunning transparent sugar glass bubble encasing a core of green apple sorbet. Watch the chefs explain and finish the dessert in front of you, with digital projections appearing on the plate to further enliven the experience. Extremely worthy for the gram! 

Complementing the gastronomic experience at table65 is a wine library of more than 2,000 labels personally selected by the first Asian Master of Wine Jeannie Cho Lee, Dutch celebrity chef Richard van Oostenbrugge and his wife, who is also the sommelier of his MICHELIN-starred Restaurant 212 in Amsterdam.

Feng Shui Inn: Dim sum specials 

Location: Lobby, Equarius Hotel 

Helmed by veteran Hong Kong Chef Li Kwok Kwong, Feng Shui Inn is the place to head down for a hearty dim sum brunch alongside fine Chinese tea. The menu features popular favourites like perfectly charred barbecued meats, a wide selection of exquisite dim sum, nourishing double-boiled soups and seasonal live seafood. A highlight must be the Signature Baked Barbecued Pork Buns, which has proven to be a hit with regulars with its pillowy-soft texture and crisp buttery pastry.
