  • Dress code is casual. We respectfully request for all of our guests to refrain from wearing hotel slippers, bathrobe and swim wear.
  • Cakes crafted by our pastry team are available with a 72-hour notice. For orders and inquiries, contact soisocial@rwsentosa.com.
  • We welcome children of all ages.
  • Special table requests are subject to availability.
  • A corkage fee of $70++ per bottle (750ml) applies to all wine and hard liquor. All bottles must be sealed and duty paid.
  • Our private dining room accommodates up to 6 guests, with a minimum spend of $600++ for lunch and $1,000++ for dinner. Email us directly for any inquiries.

Meet our Chef

Chef Ian Kittichai

Ian's storybook career began with pushing a street food cart through a working-class neighborhood with his mother in Bangkok. He later earned a scholarship to train in haute cuisine in England and Australia, and perfected his culinary skills with professional placements in France, Spain, the US and Japan. At 30 years old, he became the first Thai national to be appointed as Executive Chef of a five-star hotel. Today he is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality.
