Know Before You Go: Essential Information for Guests

We are excited to have you back at Resorts World Sentosa, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy your favourite rides, attractions and food with us!

Above all, we want to make sure your experience at the resort is a safe and enjoyable one. As an SG Clean-accredited organisation, RWS has put in place stringent health and safety measures, based on guidelines by the Singapore government, to protect our guests and team members. We ask all guests to review these important measures before visiting.

In addition to these measures, here’s some essential information to take note of as you plan your visit.

SEA Aquarium

Revised opening hours and experiences

With your safety and well-being in mind, expect redesigned experiences in addition to revised operating hours. View the latest updates for the respective attractions here:

  • Universal Studios Singapore
  • S.E.A. Aquarium
  • Adventure Cove Waterpark

Meet-and-greet sessions, as well as most of the rides at Universal Studios Singapore, will be available. However, all shows at both Universal Studios Singapore and S.E.A. Aquarium will be suspended for now. These include the suspension of public feeding sessions at the aquarium. Those that are available will have a limited guest capacity. Related riders (e.g. family members, couples) can be seated together, but only a maximum of five in a group.

Please check here for the staggered ride times.

Purchase your tickets online in advance

Get your attraction tickets on our website ahead of time to enjoy peace of mind. And if you’ve purchased your tickets with Singapore Rediscover vouchers from Authorised Booking Partners, please book your date of visit here before making a trip down. Also, whilst we know it’s much more fun to go in groups, please stick to a maximum of five people!

Safe Management Measures

Guiding you to safety

Safe Distancing Ambassadors will be around to provide assistance as you enjoy the various experiences. All guests must wear masks, check in and out via TraceTogether-only SafeEntry and have their temperature screened when before entering the attractions and restaurants. There will be plenty of signage and floor markers to guide you along.

Attraction Pass

Extension of Annual and Season Passes

We are pleased to announce that our Annual and Season Passholders will enjoy an extension to their memberships. The automatic extension will be equal to the duration of time that the parks were closed, and no action is required on your end.

As we are limiting attendance during our phased reopening, we require Annual or Season Passholders to reserve their slots here prior to visiting the attractions. Remember, visit the park only after you’ve received a confirmation of your reservation from us!

Dine with peace of mind

Dine with peace of mind

We have ensured your dining environment is safe too. Food will be individually plated, and served covered, while cutlery is presented only when you are seated. Counters and tables will also be outfitted with safety shields. We clean and disinfect tables, chairs, serving trays, wine buckets and all high-touch points like menu tablets after every dining session. And if you’re dining in, do ensure you are fully vaccinated before doing so. Click here for a list of available restaurants or to make a reservation.
