SHOWCASE | The Venue of Choice

The Special Events Asia 

The inaugural edition of The Special Events Asia was successfully held at the Resorts World Ballroom in November 2019. This was also the only show in the region organised for those involved in event conceptualising, planning and execution, from special events for Corporates and Government, to MICE to connect, innovate and inspire.


COMFORTABLE SILENT CONFERENCE
To optimise engagement and ensure an inspiring conference, the organisers adopted a silent conference system. Not only does this reduce noise, but also provides delegates with an immersive experience. Colourful bean bags were used in place of chairs to make delegates feel more comfortable.


MEET, ENGAGE, CONNECT
A Connect Café was set up with a customised menu, offering innovative dishes such as Nitrogen Fruit Cups and Kaya Croissants, in line with the event’s theme of innovation. Our team went the extra mile to concoct a TSEA cocktail and mocktail just for the event.


A BOLD IMPRESSION
Our team designed an immersive experience by rigging ATOMIC™ panels to form a decorative ceiling. This is a first in history as ATOMIC™ panels have never been used aboveground before. This bold and creative move wowed our guests and left a solid impression.
