XploreRWS Team Member Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions

(effective 1 October 2025)

Terms & Definitions

"Member" or "Members" refers to members of the Programme.

“Programme” or “XploreRWS” refers to the XploreRWS Team Member Loyalty Programme operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (RWS).

“Participating Outlets” refers to the participating outlets of the Programme. For a full list, please visit the XploreRWS App.

"Participating Properties" refers to the participating properties of the Programme. For a full list, please visit the XploreRWS App. 

“Qualifying Spend” refers to, subject to the exceptions set out at Clause D and elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, purchases made by Members at any Participating Outlets or at www.rwsentosa.com1, which RWS may, in its sole and absolute discretion determine, and paid for by cash, NETS, mobile or online payment, mobile or digital wallet, Member’s credit card or debit card (inclusive of goods and services taxes).

"Qualifying Room Night" refers to a room night stayed by the Member at any of the Participating Properties and paid for at the Qualifying Room Rate. For the avoidance of doubt, “Qualifying Room Night" will not include any complimentary stays extended to the Member for any reason whatsoever.

“Qualifying Room Rate” refers to the regular-priced room rate found on RWS website, or at such other rate that RWS may in its sole and absolute discretion include from time to time as a Qualifying Room Rate under the Programme.

“XploreRWS App” refers to the mobile application which members use to participate in the Programme.

“Xplore Points” or “Points” (which may be used interchangeably) refers to the points being awarded to Members in connection with the Qualifying Spend under the Programme.


A. GENERAL

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Programme and RWS’ relationship with the Members.
  2. By subscribing to the Programme, the Member agrees to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

B. APPLICATION & MEMBERSHIP

  1. Age Requirement: at least eighteen (18) years of age
  2. Eligibility: Except for individuals who are employed as casuals, all other individuals employed by RWS are eligible to register for the Programme.
  3. To apply for the Programme, the applicant must provide RWS with all requested information, including confirmation that they do not hold any loyalty programme accounts with RWS, and complete the application form.
  4. The applicant represents and warrants that all information provided by him/her in connection with the membership application is accurate.
  5. The applicant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal data by RWS, for the purposes set out below and in the RWS Personal Data protection statement:
    1. Managing membership status;
    2. Facilitating the earning and redemption of Points;
    3. Processing rewards and benefits, and communicating relevant updates or offers;
    4. Customer service and support.
  6. Each applicant is permitted to register for a membership application once throughout the duration of their employment with RWS. For applicants who are re-employed by RWS, such applicants are to register for a new membership account.
  7. Approval of any membership application is at RWS’ sole and absolute discretion.
  8. Upon the approval of an application by RWS, the Member will be issued with a membership number and a dynamic member QR code generated in the XploreRWS App.
  9. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their membership account details (including but not limited to their account password, membership number and dynamic member QR code).
  10. RWS is not obliged to verify the authenticity of any person who performs transactions using the dynamic member QR code. The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the membership account number and QR code.
  11. Members are responsible for the activities of anyone using the Member’s membership account or QR code, with or without the Member’s knowledge or consent.
  12. RWS will not be held liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred by any Member however caused, through any unauthorised use of the Member’s membership account or dynamic member QR code.
  13. The Member is responsible for keeping the membership account up-to-date, including relevant contact information such as phone number and country of residence, and marketing preferences. These details may be updated via the XploreRWS App.

C. XPLORERWS TEAM MEMBER MEMBERSHIP TIER

  1. The Programme has 1 (one) membership tier only, being the Team Member Tier (TM Tier).
  2. Subject to Clause F, Members will remain in the TM Tier for the duration of their employment with RWS.
  3. Members will be notified via their registered and verified email address of any changes to their membership status

D. XPLORE POINTS (Points)

  1. Members will earn 3% of Points for each Qualifying Spend made (unless specified otherwise). In the event the Points awarded are in decimal points, the final Points awarded for each Qualifying Spend will be rounded down to the nearest two decimal places. RWS reserves the right to amend the earn rate at any time and without prior notice.
  2. Members may retain a maximum of 1,000 Points in their membership account at any given point in time. Members may only continue to accrue Points when their account balance falls below 1,000 Points.
  3. Members may redeem their Points at the rate of 1 Point to S$1 at Participating Outlets to offset their purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, Points must be redeemed for the full purchase value. RWS reserves the right to amend the redemption rate at any time and without prior notice.
  4. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Points are non-transferrable and are only to be utilised by the Member. Members are prohibited from selling or dealing with their Points in any manner, other than as contemplated under these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Points can only be earned on and redeemed for purchases made personally by and for the Member.
  7. On-Site Purchase: Members must be present at the time of purchase and present their valid member QR code to earn and redeem Points on Qualifying Spend. Points cannot be earned or redeemed at attraction ticketing and F&B kiosks at present.
  8. Online Purchase on RWS’ website (except for hotel bookings):2 Points cannot be earned and redeemed on Online Purchases at present. When this feature becomes available in future, Members will be able to earn or redeem Points on eligible Online Purchases by logging onto their membership account on the RWS website at the time of purchase. In the event of any technical or system issues, point redemption may be unavailable and the crediting of Points shall be effected once the system is restored and available. RWS shall not be liable for any delay in such redemption or crediting. RWS reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the accrual and redemption of Points on Online Purchases at its sole discretion.
  9. Hotel Bookings: Only Qualifying Room Nights shall earn Points on Qualifying Spend. To earn Points, the Member must ensure that their membership account details are captured by the system either by (i) logging into their membership account on the RWS website3 at the time of purchase or (ii) presenting a valid member QR code when making a booking onsite at any of the Participating Properties, and comply with the following:
    1. Bookings must be made directly with RWS;
    2. Bookings must be made at Qualifying Room Rate;
    3. Room must be booked under Member’s name; and
    4. Member must be one of the registered guests
    Points will be credited into the Member’s account within 5 working days from receipt of Member’s full payment of the hotel booking.
  10. Points cannot be earned and/or redeemed in the following circumstances:
    1. payment of tobacco products;
    2. payment for goods and/or services purchased for resale;
    3. payment for any good / services purchased during Flash Deals (including, without limitation, limited time offers or limited quantity offers);
    4. payment for any packages where Points are also included in the package;
    5. payment for any hotel bookings made through a third party; and
    6. any other circumstances as determined by RWS.
  11. Points can only be earned on net amounts payable after usage of any form of discounts, vouchers or promotions.
  12. RWS reserves the right to accept or reject the earning and/or redemption of Points at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
  13. Points accumulated are valid for twelve (12) months and will expire on the last day of the 12th valid month on a first-in-first-out basis. For the avoidance of doubt, RWS will not entertain any request to reinstate any expired Points and Member will not be entitled to any compensation or refund in respect of any such expired Points.
  14. Points which have been redeemed or utilised are strictly non-refundable.
  15. RWS has the sole and absolute discretion to revoke, deduct and/or re-compute any Points, including but not limited to the following events:
    1. computer error, machine malfunction, operator error; or
    2. where the Member has or is suspected to have:
      1. breached these Terms and Conditions;
      2. committed fraud or acted dishonestly; and/or
      3. abused the Programme in any manner whatsoever.
  16. RWS shall not be liable for any inaccurate computation, accrual or issuance of Points, determination of any membership tiers and the redemption of membership benefits and privileges for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to Member’s misconduct, technical errors or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of RWS.
  17. Members are to contact the XploreRWS Members Services Team via the in-app feedback form, or email to enquiries@xplorerws.com, any queries relating to the Points within 48 hours from when Points were awarded to them, failing which the Points awarded to the Member shall be considered final and conclusive. Any decision on the Points is made at RWS’ sole and absolute discretion, and such decision shall be considered final, conclusive and binding on the Member.

E. TERMS FOR BIRTHDAY PRIVILEGES

  1. During the Member’s birthday month (i.e. the birthday month specified by the Member in the Member’s TM membership account), the Member will earn 10% of Points for each purchase made at the following outlets:
    • Pierre Herme Singapore
    • CHIFA!
    • Osia Steak and Seafood Grill
    • Soi Social
    • KA-MON
    • Sugarra
    • Horatio
    • Ora Lounge
    • Loma
    • Syun
    • Tangerine
    • Feng Shui Inn
    • Ocean Restaurant
  2. RWS reserves the right to amend or withdraw this birthday privilege at any time and without prior notice.

F. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

  1. RWS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to immediately and without prior notice and without liability, suspend and/or terminate a Member’s XploreRWS membership for any or no reason, including but not limited to the following situations:
    1. Member has verbally or physically abused any of the employees of RWS or RWS’ tenants;
    2. Member acted fraudulently or dishonestly;
    3. Member destroyed or damaged any property belonging to RWS and/or RWS’ tenants;
    4. Member has breached these Terms and Conditions;
    5. Member has abused the Programme in any manner whatsoever;
    6. RWS has to comply with any lawful order given by a relevant authority or governmental body; and/or
    7. Member has behaved in such manner, which RWS determines to be inappropriate.
  2. In the event of any suspension of the Member’s membership pursuant to Clause F1, the Member’s Points, membership privileges and benefits will also be suspended. However, the validity period of the Member’s Points will not be suspended and shall continue to run, Points may expire during the period of suspension. The Member’s Points (save for any Points that have expired), membership privileges and benefits will be reinstated once the suspension has been lifted.
  3. In the event of any termination of the Member’s membership pursuant to Clause F1, all Points as well as membership privileges and benefits will be forfeited and there will be no refund for any unused Points nor shall RWS be liable to the Member in any way whatsoever.
  4. Member’s XploreRWS TM account will be automatically terminated on their last day of service with RWS.
  5. Members may terminate their XploreRWS TM membership at any time by submitting an account deletion request via the XploreRWS App.
  6. Members may write in to RWS to withdraw their consent for the use or disclosure of their personal data. Please refer to Personal Data Protection for more details.
  7. In the event that a Member’s membership is suspended and/or terminated for any or no reasons whatsoever, including death of the Member, self-initiated withdrawal or cessation of employment with RWS, any balance Points shall be forfeited and all of the Member’s benefits and privileges shall cease forthwith.

G. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. Points accrued by a Member are for the Member’s benefit only, and the membership and/or its benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable.
  2. Each Member is only permitted to hold one TM membership account at any one time.
  3. Members are prohibited from holding any other RWS loyalty programme membership.
  4. Members shall be responsible for maintaining the security of their membership account details. In the event that a Member’s XploreRWS app, account number or account password is lost, stolen or used by another person, Member shall immediately contact the XploreRWS Member Services Team for assistance.
  5. The Programme, its privileges, and benefits are offered at the sole and absolute discretion of RWS.
  6. Member hereby authorizes RWS to use Member’s personal data disclosed to RWS to process Member’s application and all things ancillary to this application and the Programme
  7. RWS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, delete, modify, or vary these Terms and Conditions, the benefits, and privileges, including the cancellation of the Programme, without prior notice and without compensation to the Member. By continuing to participate in the Programme, the Member agrees to be bound by such varied Terms and Conditions.
  8. Insofar as is permissible by applicable law, RWS shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from or relating to the Programme, including but not limited to the Member’s participation and use of the Programme, regardless of whether such damage or loss is caused by RWS’s negligence or otherwise.
  9. Member shall fully indemnify and keep RWS indemnified against all claims, damages, costs and/or expenses made against or incurred by RWS, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and/or tenants arising from or relating to, without limitation, Member’s use of the Programme or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  10. The privileges, benefits, awards and services under the Programme are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties, of title, satisfactory quality, non-infringement of third party intellectual property rights and fitness for a particular purpose. RWS disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: i) any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy or content of information, privileges, benefits, awards or services; and ii) any warranties of title or warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Members agree that use of the XploreRWS App and any of the privileges, benefits, awards or services are entirely at their own risk.
  11. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
  12. It is the responsibility of the Member to provide correct and updated contact information, including but not limited to email address, phone number and country of residence, via the XploreRWS App, RWS website, or contacting the XploreRWS Member Services Team. RWS shall not be liable for any loss of benefits or privileges due to non-receipt of communications.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
  14. RWS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to interpret, apply and communicate these Terms and Conditions. All decisions made by RWS shall be final and conclusive in each case.
  15. This Terms and Conditions is in the English language only, which language will be controlling in all respects, and all versions hereof in any other language will not be binding upon the parties hereto. All communications to be made or given pursuant to the Programme and this Terms and Conditions will be in the English language.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP) / TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: 1 October 2025

Applies to: XploreRWS Loyalty App by Resorts World Sentosa

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your access to and use of the XploreRWS mobile application and digital services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (“RWS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy, in addition to the broader Terms and Conditions of the loyalty programme.

Disclaimer

The materials contained on this Platform may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors. RWS does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed through the Platform. You acknowledge that any reliance on any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk.

RWS reserves the right at any time and without notice to enhance, modify, alter, suspend or permanently discontinue all or any part of this Platform and to restrict or prohibit access to it.

You may not offer for sale or sell or distribute over any medium, any part of this Platform or its content.

You may not make any part of the Platform available as part of another platform, whether by hyperlink framing on the internet or otherwise unless you have been authorised to do so in writing by RWS.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The XploreRWS Platform is designed to enhance your experience across RWS by enabling Members to:

  • Earn and redeem points on eligible transactions at participating outlets, attractions, and hotels within the resort, Resorts World Sentosa;
  • Access exclusive offers, rewards, and personalized promotions;
  • Manage your membership tier, profile, and transaction history; and
  • Discover tailored content, benefits, and recommendations across Resorts World Sentosa.

2. Permitted Use

You may only use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with its intended functionality. Access and participation are conditional upon responsible conduct that upholds the integrity of the XploreRWS loyalty programme and the overall RWS guest experience.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform (or attempt to use it) in any way that:

  • Misrepresents your identity or eligibility (e.g. creating multiple accounts, submitting false information, impersonating another person);
  • Abuses the points system, rewards, vouchers, or any promotional mechanics (e.g. duplicate points redemption on the same transaction, submit ineligible transactions);
  • Engages in fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive behaviour that undermines the fairness of the XploreRWS loyalty programme;
  • Circumvents any security or access control mechanisms;
  • Uses bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation to interact with the app;
  • Harms or attempts to harm the functionality, availability, or security of the Platform, its data, or other users’ experiences;
  • Extracts data or content through scraping, harvesting, or reverse engineering methods; or
  • Violates any applicable law or RWS policies.

4. Member Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
  • You must safeguard your login credentials secure and report any unauthorized access to XploreRWS Mailbox.
  • Points, rewards and membership tiers are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by RWS.

5. Merchant Interaction

When engaging with RWS-owned or third-party merchants or outlets within RWS (e.g. restaurants, retail, attractions), you must adhere to the specific policies and eligibility rules set by those entities. RWS reserves the right to exclude or disqualify transactions from points accrual or redemption where abuse or non-compliance is detected.

6. Suspension & Termination

RWS reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform and/or forfeit Points and rewards if you:

  • Violate this Policy;
  • Engage in any activity that harms the brand, reputation, or operation of RWS;
  • Attempt to manipulate XploreRWS loyalty programme benefits in a way that was not intended or authorized.
All decisions made by RWS in relation to suspected abuse or misconduct are final.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

To safeguard programme integrity, RWS may monitor the Platform’s activity and investigate anomalies. Violations may result in corrective action, including permanent disqualification from the XploreRWS programme and/or referral to legal authorities where applicable.

8. Amendments

This Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be communicated through the Platform, via member verified email or on the official RWS website. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy

9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore’s courts.
