Tour Entitlements 

• 5-hour guided tour with a Universal Studios Singapore tour guide that includes a One-Day Ticket to Universal Studios Singapore; tours are non-exclusive and can accommodate up to 12 participants.
• VIP access to at least 8 attractions during the guided tour.
• Universal Express access to selected attractions before and after the guided tour (one use per attraction).
• 1 VIP Experience lanyard.
• 1 lunch buffet. 
• Complimentary refreshments before and after the guided tour.
• 10% retail discount on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore.
• Opportunity for a private and prioritized Meet-and-Greets plus photo sessions with selected characters.

Terms and Conditions

• VIP Experience is subject to availability.
• VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and no rain checks or refunds shall be allowed.
• Participants must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes before the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience. Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
• The price of the One-Day VIP Experience Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore. 
• The 10% retail discount applicable on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers. 
• If participants do not wish to enjoy the food offered at the VIP lunch buffet (included in the VIP Experience price), they may dine at a restaurant of their choice at their own expense. No partial refunds will be given if this occurs.
• For safety purposes, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant aged 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.
• Parents/legal guardians of participants under the age of 18 years will be required to fill up a form in order for their child/ward to be able to participate in the VIP Experience. 
• All participants must meet the appropriate height requirements imposed for each of the attractions in the VIP Experience and must be able to fully understand and comply with the safety requirements and recommendations for each of the attractions in the VIP Experience. 
• Universal Express access is not valid for Magic Potion Spin, Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunters, Ready, Set, Rescue!, Battlestar Galactica: Human vs. Cylon and other selected attractions and does not grant front row access on rides. 
• Universal Express pass is valid for one use per attraction only. 
• Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change, amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, in its sole and absolute discretion.
