Universal Studios Singapore – Season Pass Gift-Wrapping Service

1. Eligibility
   • Available exclusively to valid Universal Studios Singapore Season Pass holders.
   • Only retail purchases made at all in-park Universal Studios Singapore retail stores qualify for this service, excluding That’s A Wrap store.
     
     
2. Service Details
   
   • Service is available between 10:00AM and 6:00PM at Guest Services Lobby.
   • Season Pass holders must present their original receipt and E-Season Pass for verification.
   • Wrapped gifts must be collected from Guest Services Lobby at least 30 minutes before park closure on the same day.
     
     
3. Service Guidelines
   
   • One (1) gift wrapping service (where all items purchased under a single receipt will be wrapped together) or one (1) gift wrapper per receipt only.
   • Guest must present the original receipt upon collection.
   • Service is subject to stock availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
     
     
4. Validity Period
   
   • Promotion runs from 5 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

Universal Studios Singapore – Complimentary Universal Christmas Gift Wrapper

1. Eligibility
   • Available exclusively to Universal Studios Singapore guests.
   • Only retail purchases at in-park Universal Studios Singapore retail stores with a minimum nett spend of SGD40 (after discount) in a single receipt qualify for the complimentary gift wrapper.
     
     
2. Guidelines
   
   • One (1) gift wrapper per receipt only.
   • Complimentary gift wrapper is available at all Universal Studios Singapore retail stores.
   • Service is subject to stock availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
