Maximum Occupancy is based on existing bedding in the room.

Additional daily rate of SGD100++ per room will be levied on rollaway/ pull-out bed and amenities for third guest.

Incidental Deposit
It is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

No Pets
Pets are strictly not allowed in the guestrooms and on hotel premises.

No Durians
Pungent food such as durians are not permitted within the guestrooms and on hotel premises. A cleaning charge will be imposed if found.

Cooking
It is not allowed within the hotel room. While cooking is allowed for specific suites and villas, we ask that you refrain from cooking any pungent food.
