The Apprenticeship Excellence Programme (AEP) is designed for individuals who want to build a meaningful career in hospitality by learning the fundamentals, mastering your craft, and growing your confidence over time.

Over two years, you will develop strong hospitality operations capabilities, with a focus on Hotels and Food & Beverage. Through hands-on experience, structured learning and close mentorship, you will build a solid foundation for front-line supervisory roles and long-term career progression within the destination.

• Enjoy working with people and creating positive guest experience
• Communicate confidently and work well as part of a team
• Are an ITE or Polytechnic graduate, or a career switcher exploring hospitality
• Are motivated to learn, take ownership and grow through hands-on experience
