Event / Concert's Terms & Conditions

     
    1. Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (“RWS”) reserves the right to (i) take possession of the ticket ; or (ii) refuse entry to any person who:
      1. cannot produce a valid ticket;
      2. presents a ticket that has not been purchased from RWS or other authorised points of sale;
      3. presents a ticket that is defaced or becomes illegible, or if it is reasonably suspected that the ticket is a stolen ticket or is a counterfeit; or
      4. breaches or is attempting to breach any of these terms and conditions.
    2. In addition to the above, RWS also reserves the right, at all times and in its sole discretion, to refuse entry or remove any person(s) as it deems necessary (including without limitation any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who is intoxicated or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the Event by others). No refund or compensation will be made to such person(s).
    3. No admission for infants in arms and children below 4 years old. Children aged 4 and above requires a ticket for admission. All children need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    4. No photography, videography and social media live streaming are allowed.
    5. No cancellations are allowed after purchase is made.
    6. Tickets are not for sale, transferable, non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash or void if altered. Not to be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount and other vouchers
    7. Not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved by RWS in writing.
    8. Ticket may only be used by ticket holder only to gain admissions to the relevant Event and not for any other purposes.
    9. RWS shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket(s).
    10. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
    11. The sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone under 18 years of age is prohibited by law. Photo ID may be checked upon purchase. NO PERSON who is below the age of 18 years will be allowed to purchase any liquor.
    12. Strictly no consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 years of age.
    13. Persons under 18 years of age shall only be allowed to redeem drinks from the selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Strictly no redemption of alcoholic drinks by persons under 18 years of age shall be permitted.
    14. Please be advised that the menu items at the Event may contain allergens or may have come into contact with allergens like (but not limited to) nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat, and others. RWS is unable to make special accommodation and there can be no assurance that any food is allergen-free. It is your responsibility to take reasonable precautions of any food allergies or food intolerances.
    15. RWS may, at any time, without notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, relocate the Event, change, restrict admission to or stop the Event in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
    16. Premium ticket(s): You may select choice of table during purchase, each table can sit up to 4 pax. Exact seat(s) are on a first come, first serve limited basis at your selected table on the Event day;
    17. General ticket(s): Free standing ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, general tickets are not entitled to seat(s).
    18. You agree and acknowledge that, as an attendee of the Event, you may be filmed and/or photographed. In this regard:

      (a) RWS and third parties authorised by RWS may make or record films and/or other forms of moving pictures, still pictures during the Event. Each attendee consents and grants RWS and third parties authorised by RWS permission to use photograph(s), videotape(s) and/or recording(s) collected from the Event (which contains the face, name, voice, picture, likeness, and all other types of data from which attendee(s) can be identified, collectively the “Data”), in any manner and media worldwide (including publication within and outside Singapore)  for  RWS’s advertisement, marketing, promotion and/or publicity purposes in perpetuity without identification, compensation or payment of any kind and waives any and all personality and privacy rights to the extent necessary to permit such use; and

      (b) the handling or processing of any Data will be in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and RWS’s Personal Data Protection Statement (available at RWS’s website https://www.rwsentosa.com/en/personal-data-protection)

    19. RWS reserves the right to take possession of prohibited or dangerous items, and refuse entry or remove any persons possessing such items.
    20. The guests may be subject to search of their possessions (including bags and clothes), for safety reasons.
    21. No outside food or beverages are permitted at the Event.
    22. RWS shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage resulting in any way from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water, or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction, or other defects or pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning, or lighting fixtures, or from theft, vandalism, earthquake, act of God, or from any other cause.
    23. By participating in the Event, the guests shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that RWS may issue from time to time.
    24. RWS shall not be liable to any persons in the Event for any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Event.
    25. A guest shall fully indemnify and hold RWS harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost, liability or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, which RWS incurs in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the guest’s breach of these terms and conditions.
    26. Insofar as is permissible by applicable law, RWS shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any damage or loss you may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise and accordingly, by using this ticket, you agree to release us from all such liability. We reserve the right to refuse or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable, and any claims against us shall be litigated only in Singapore.
    27. RWS reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
    28. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
    29. The terms and conditions of the Event shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
