Passholder will receive his/her E-Season Pass via email within (2) working days after Resorts World Sentosa has received all required information, provided all information is accurate. 
• E-Season Pass is (a) non-transferable; (b) non-refundable; (c) shall not be resold or exchanged; and (d) void if altered or damaged. 
• Passholder is required to present valid E-Season Pass (with valid QR and photo) for entry into the park.
