A separate ticket (in addition to general admission) is required to experience this attraction. Tickets may be purchased on the day of your visit by scanning the QR code available at READY, SET, RESCUE! attraction, Guest Services locations or UNIVRS store.
Guest must arrive at READY, SET, RESCUE! attraction at least 15 minutes before selected start time of experience.
Guest must be aged 5 and above to participate in this attraction.
Guest must weigh between 20kg to 120kg to participate in this attraction.
Guest must continuously grasp the climbing holds with at least two upper and one lower extremity to participate in this attraction.
Guests should be in good physical health to experience the attraction.
Prosthetic limbs must be secured to prevent hazards or loss due to ride forces during the experience.

By participating in this attraction, guests agree, on behalf of themselves and their children/legal wards, to (i) assume all risks arising out of or incidental to participation in the attraction; and (ii) indemnify Universal Studios Singapore and RWS from and against all cost, losses, claims and/or demands arising from personal or bodily injuries, property damage, and/or death in connection with participation in the attraction.
Parent/legal guardian of participants under the age of 18 years will be required to fill up an indemnity form in order for their child/ward to participate.
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian (18+ years old) who is present on-site. Parents/ legal guardians are not permitted to participate in the climbing activity at the same time as their child/ ward.
Guests wearing loose footwear will be required to purchase shoe rental tickets to experience the attraction. Guests renting shoes will receive one (01) pair of complimentary socks. Socks are single-use and are not returnable.
For safety reasons, loose articles (including bags, phones, and accessories) are not permitted during the attraction experience.
Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot. In the event of adverse weather conditions or maintenance, an alternative time slot may be offered (subject to availability).
Tickets not utilized by the end of the selected time slot will be forfeited without refund.
