Positions Available

Responsibilities

  • Manage the safe operation of rides, shows and attractions. 
  • Push down lap bars, lock down harnesses and ensure seat belts are securely fastened for guests. 
  • Assist guests with directions and information. 
  • Respond to guest situations. 

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE or GCE N levels. 
  • Able to handle large groups of guests. 
  • Strong verbal communication skills. 
  • Service oriented and enjoy interacting with people. 
  • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays, and work in an outdoor environment. 
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.

Responsibilities
Ticketing:

  • Ensure all redemptions, ticket sales and various department initiatives are performed in accordance with the defined procedures.
  • Perform group sales, processing and relationship duties at the various stations.
  • Attend to guests’ feedback and render appropriate service recovery whenever applicable.
  • Interact with guests with a fun and cheerful disposition, and disseminate information related to the park and rides.

Turnstiles: 

  • Greet and welcome guests into the park. 
  • Assist guest flow at auto gate areas. 
  • Assist guests with directions and information and engage them with fun activities.
  • Ensure the show readiness of the park.

Requirements

  • GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma. 
  • Relevant experience in service role preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic administrative and cashiering skills, including handling ticketing systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Able to handle large groups of guests. 
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Service oriented and enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold the highest service standards while dealing with guests from around the world who will be on a VIP Experience or attending an event in Universal Studios Singapore (USS). 
  • Plan and execute VIP Experience for guests of USS. Provide history and information to guests about USS and the Resort, including specifics related to attractions, facades and other USS driven show items. 
  • Work with other business units to ensure seamless transitions during the tour including reservations for show and/or restaurants, VIP access to attractions during the tour, and other tasks as assigned. 
  • Execute the role of a Game Master in Scavenger Hunts by conducting briefings to large group of guests. 

Requirements

  • GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in the service industry.
  • Proficiency in English as majority of tours are conducted in the English language. 
  • Knowledge of a second language, preferably Mandarin, to conduct mandarin language tours for mandarin speaking guests. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service to handle guest interactions, feedback and service recovery with professionalism.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and people skills. 
  • Able to perform shift work and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.

Responsibilities
Park Services

  • Assist guests with directions and information, and engage them with fun activities. 
  • Ensure the show readiness of the park. 
  • Perform various administrative duties and ad hoc assignments. 
  • Maintain the park cleanliness (including restrooms). 

Events Operations

  • Provide exceptional guest service by observing safety protocol and upholding service standards.   
  • Assist with crowd management and event setup. 
  • Handle crowd control equipment before, during and after the event.  
  • Inform guests of event activities and provide directions as needed.  

Requirements

  • GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma in Tourism or a related field. 
  • Service oriented and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good physical stamina and resilience, with the ability to assist with occasional lifting of up to 10kg of equipment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to perform shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.

Responsibilities

  • Upsell merchandise to generate additional revenue.
  • Promote merchandise and perform cashiering duties.
  • Perform price tagging, stock taking, stock replenishment and housekeeping.

Requirements

  • GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma.
  • Possess basic computer skills. 
  • Comfortable with handling large amounts of cash and different transaction/redemption types.
  • Able to lift inventory boxes for stock replenishment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor costumes and maintain or request for maintenance as appropriate (includes hand washing, dry cleaning etc).
  • Manage costume issuance and checks with cast.
  • Render costume dresser services to support RWS Entertainment productions. Services include quick change, preset and standard wardrobe track duties.
  • Ability to rectify and repair costume, props and accessories as directed, to maintain the production quality of shows.

Requirements

  • GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the theatre operations or service industry.
  • Good knowledge of costume etiquette including backstage and fitting protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of laundry and the ability to execute and use commercial machines.
  • Knowledge in hand sewing, fabric handling and maintenance.
  • Good physical stamina and resilience, and able to assist with lifting of mascots and costume parts of up to 10kg.
  • Good communication and guest service skills.  
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee performers during sets to ensure their safety and well-being. 
  • Provide positive and excellent guest service during shows, meet & greets and parades.
  • Support Star Guide Leads and Stage Managers with daily venue management and coordination. 
  • Assist in the dressing up/down of performers, ensuring that the characters’ appearance adheres to IP standards. 

Requirements

  • Diploma or WSQ in Hospitality & Tourism, Theatre, TV or Events.
  • Minimum 1 year of related industry experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions, feedback and service recovery with professionalism.
  • Good events and show operational knowledge.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, problem-solving skills and high adaptability.
  • Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the set-up, tear down, transport and storage of technical equipment.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of all technical equipment and systems.
  • Operate technical equipment and systems during small to large scale technical rehearsals, events and shows.
  • Manual handling duties.
  • Consistently adhere to workplace safety and health guidelines.

Requirements
