1. You hereby consent to RWS to collect, use and disclose your personal data acquired, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and RWS’s data protection policy (available at RWS’s website https://www.rwsentosa.com/en/legal-information):
a. processing and confirming your booking, including to contact you in relation to this booking;
b. verifying your identity for the purposes of this booking;
c. responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests and feedback from you in relation to this booking;
d. processing payment or credit transactions for the booking;
e. complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority, related to this booking;
f. transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third party service providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes related to this booking; and
g. any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above, related to this booking.
2. Please note that all completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended under any circumstances.

1. All rates stated herein are subject to change without prior notice.
2. The workshop / promotional package offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3. The workshop / promotional package offer is not valid for group bookings.
4. No refund will be provided for any unused services or tickets included in the workshop / promotional package(s).
5. Payment Terms: Pre-payment must be made via a valid bank transfer. All non-guaranteed reservations will be released at Resorts World Sentosa’s full discretion.
6. Cancellation and Amendment Policies: No refund will be provided in the event of cancellation of this order and no amendment to the order will be entertained.
7. No Show Policy: In the event of no-show, there will be no refund for your workshop / package purchase.
8. Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
9. This booking including these terms and conditions constitutes the sole and entire agreement between RWS and you. For the avoidance of doubt, this booking shall be governed by laws of Singapore without regard to conflict of laws rules and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
