World Aquaculture Conference 2022

2 December 2022 - Being a world class aquaria facility in the region, RWS brought a decade's worth of successful marine culturing and facilitation to the annual World Aquaculture Conference held in Singapore.

 

 

At the conference, global representatives shared on myriad advances and successes in aquaculture research and practice through a series of presentations and exhibitions. S.E.A. Aquarium, represented by Vivian Cavan Jia Wen from the aquarist team and Abel Yeo Meng Wei from the Research and Conservation team, they gave a presentation on the white-spotted sea jelly (Mastigias papua) breeding efforts within the aquarium, pushing the boundaries of what can be produced locally amongst our local industry players. This event presented a great opportunity to learn and network with other organisations and solidify S.E.A. Aquarium's standing within the aquaculture industry.
