In this talk, Professor Daly will introduce the audience to these elegant animals; and share stories about the biology and ecology of sea anemones gathered from her extensive travels around the globe.

Sea butterflies are pelagic marine snails. With little known about the genetic variation and spatial population structure of these animals. Dr Choo will share insights from her PhD thesis, where she examined genetic mutations as well as morphometric variation in the species, Limacina bulimoides.
