  • S.E.A 海洋馆全年景点通行卡门票适用于单次入园，游客须于来访当日在游客服务柜台（位于园内）办理圣淘沙名胜世界景点通行卡。
  • S.E.A.海洋馆全年景点通行卡可在十二 (12) 个月（从来访 S.E.A.海洋馆的第一天算起）有效期内使用。
  • 所有优惠和特权均不可转让他人，仅限付费卡持有人使用。
  • 门票价格包含所有政府税费。
  • 电子门票需自行打印出来，请确保您能找到一台可用的打印机。

  S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience Terms and Conditions

  1. Only the original redemption letter is accepted. Kindly present the original letter at the Guest Service counter on the day of the program for an exchange of tickets.
  2. The programme is open to participants aged 4 years and above only. For your safety- any persons under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour. 
  3. Programme entitles you to: Priority access to S.E.A. Aquarium, One (1) S.E.A. Aquarium Admission Day Pass, valid only during the stipulated hours of the Programme, One (1) VIP lanyard, One (1) complimentary group photograph, Dolphin Island back-of-house and S.E.A. Aquarium back-of-house
  4. Programme excludes admission into Adventure Cove Waterpark
  5. Direct interactions with Dolphins are not included in the Dolphin Island back-of-house tour.
  6. Photography and videography is not allowed at all back-of-house facilities.
  7. The Dolphin Island back-of-house tour is weather permitting. S.E.A. Aquarium is completely sheltered and as such, all programmes conducted here will proceed. In the event of inclement weather, Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to replace the affected outdoor programme with an indoor programme deemed suitable.
  8. Wheelchairs and crutches are not permitted in some areas of the back-of-house tour.
  9. Tour will proceed regardless of weather. Strictly no rain checks or refunds.
  10. For protection and safety, all guests must wear proper footwear. Inappropriate footwear such as heels and open-toe shoes will result in guests missing certain tour components. All guests are also required to keep all loose items secured.
  11. Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to refuse admission to back-of-house areas to guests who are not suitably attired.
  12. Extension of redemption validity period is not permissible.
  13. No partial redemption is allowed
  14. This redemption letter is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion.
  15. This redemption letter is neither replaceable nor refundable whether in whole or in part.
  16. This redemption letter is not for sale or retail.
