Resorts World Sentosa's Efforts Against COVID-19
As Singapore resolves to overcome COVID-19, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) has also strengthened our efforts to ensure the health, safety and well-being of guests and employees. To keep our resort safe for everyone, the entire kampung across our various Business Units were activated to help conduct wipe downs at our Attractions and implement social distancing measures before Circuit Breaker.
These measures fully complement and are in line with Singapore’s suite of comprehensive measures to limit transmission of the COVID-19. As a responsible industry leader in tourism and hospitality, we have also rolled out several enhanced initiatives to protect everyone.
RWS stands united with Singapore in its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. As we continue to closely monitor the developments, we would like to encourage all guests to stay safe and healthy at home. Earlier on in March, amidst the uncertainty and constant development of the COVID-19 situation, our wedding consultants went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for a happy couple despite having to adhere to the advisory on safe distancing measures.
Apart from stepping up precautionary measures, including mandatory temperature checks at the reception desk, providing sanitisers at the entrances, and implementing spaced seating arrangements to ensure guests maintained a safe distance. Additionally, instead of communal dishes, food were individually plated to ensure hygiene was not compromised.
