This Songkran, Soi Social invites you to embark on an extraordinary gastronomic journey crafted by two celebrated Thai culinary talents — Thai Masterchef Ian Kittichai and Soi Social’s very own Head Chef Wilailuck.
Together, the chefs present an exclusive series of menus that honour the flavours, memories, and festive spirit of Thailand’s most beloved holiday. Expect vibrant regional ingredients, refined techniques, and soulful dishes that pay tribute to timeless Thai traditions.
Chef Ian Kittichai
Ian's storybook career began with pushing a street food cart through a working-class neighborhood with his mother in Bangkok.
Ian's storybook career began with pushing a street food cart through a working-class neighborhood with his mother in Bangkok. He later earned a scholarship to train in haute cuisine in England and Australia, and perfected his culinary skills with professional placements in France, Spain, the US and Japan. At 30 years old, he became the first Thai national to be appointed as Executive Chef of a five-star hotel. Today he is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality.

Chef Ao’s brings experience from working at several Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, blending Thai flavors with modern techniques to create memories for her guests.
With an impressive portfolio of highly acclaimed restaurants, Chef Ao has proven her ability to deliver exceptional culinary experiences across the globe.
Starting at Michelin-starred Pok Pok NY and moving on to nahm in Thailand, which was awarded one Michelin star and recognized among Asia’s and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Her career continued at DuangDy by Bo.lan at One&Only One Zaabeel in Dubai, UAE, a Michelin Recommended restaurant where she helmed the kitchen, blending authentic Thai flavors with modern techniques, showcasing her passion and dedication to memorable dining.
