Genting Singapore Limited (“GENS”), Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (“RWS”) and their respective subsidiaries and any company that may come under the management oversight of GENS (collectively, the “Group”) are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct, social and environmental responsibility. Suppliers play a crucial role in upholding the Group’s vision to be a global leader in sustainable tourism. Therefore, the Group partners with Suppliers who share the same sustainable values and work towards building a mutually beneficial business relationship. This Code outlines the Group’s expectations and principles for its suppliers, and this Code applies to the supplier and their employees, contractors, agents, and related entities (collectively, the “Supplier”) providing goods and/or services to the Group.

Ethics

The Supplier shall always be ethical in every aspect of its business. The Supplier shall uphold Business Integrity, not compromise integrity in Gifts and Entertainment, practice Fair Competition, ensure proper Disclosure of Information, respect Intellectual Property, support Community Engagement, avoid Conflict of Interest, maintain full Compliance, and adhere to Privacy and Data Protection requirements.

Labour and human rights

The Supplier shall treat workers with utmost dignity and respect. The Supplier shall not employ any worker younger than local legal minimum age, persons whose presence is voluntary, not threaten or violate their workers, not discriminate, comply with minimum wages, follow Fair Recruitment Practices, ensure Fair Employment Practices, and promote Diversity and Inclusion.

Health and safety

The Supplier shall uphold a safe and healthy work environment. The Supplier shall comply with applicable workplace health and safety laws and requirements, and shall support Workplace Health, Safety and Hazard Prevention, provide Training, establish Incident Reporting and Escalation, establish Emergency Response plans, provide adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), maintain Industrial Hygiene, ensure clean and safe Working and Living Conditions, and adopt good Risk Management practices.

Environment

The supplier shall adhere to environmental laws and practices. The Supplier shall comply with reporting requirements, support Pollution Prevention and Resource Reduction, adhere to Product Content Restrictions, use their best effort to ensure environmentally friendly packaging, manage air, Greenhouse Gas emissions, wastewater and solid management, practice water stewardship and effective waste management, and support biodiversity & conservation, animal welfare, and responsible forestry.

Corporate Social Responsibility

The Group is committed to uplifting communities in the focus areas of supporting local, climate action and education. Suppliers are encouraged to seek similar opportunities in the area of CSR.
