Chef De Cuisine Danny Fong
Always driven by curiosity, Chef Danny Fong has built a career around transforming exceptional ingredients into memorable dining experiences.
His culinary journey began at the iconic Equinox Restaurant, where he trained under Michelin-starred chef-restaurateur Michel Portos, mastering classical French techniques and a deep respect for quality produce. In 2010, he joined Osia Steak & Seafood Grill at Resorts World Sentosa, working alongside celebrity chef Scott Webster to develop the restaurant's signature cuisine. Believing that great food brings people together, he introduced family-style meat and seafood sharing platters that became a defining feature of the dining experience.
Today, Chef Fong continues his culinary evolution at Ocean Restaurant, where he combines innovation, sustainability, and his passion for premium seafood to create immersive and inspiring dining journeys.
