Our Management Associate Programme (MAP) offers passionate graduates a purpose-driven two-year journey designed to nurture future leaders of the industry. What does the Management Associate Programme offer?

What Will Help You Succeed?

We are looking for graduates who demonstrate both potential and passion. You will thrive if you are:

  • A team player with strong communication skills and a people-centric mindset.
  • Curious and agile, ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • With a track record of leadership through active involvement in co-curricular or community activities (e.g., leading roles in student organisations, event committees, or volunteer projects).
  • A bachelor’s degree graduate from a recognised university in any discipline.
  • Less than two years of full-time work experience.
