Covered footwear is required for access to support areas, and loose items should be secured. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Aquarist Lab to maintain a safe and clean environment for the animals.

Is photography allowed during the tour?

Photography is generally allowed in most areas of the programme, but guests must follow the guidance of Animal Care Specialists and respect any restricted zones or instructions given on the day of visit.
