Chef Paul Pairet

Celebrated for his innovation and creative excellence, renowned Chef Paul Pairet opens a new chapter with two popular concepts in Resorts World Sentosa: Moutarde and Sundae Royale.

Born and trained in France, Paul Pairet is best known for his groundbreaking, 3-Michelin-starred Ultraviolet. Beyond this legendary avant-garde icon, he also helms the timeless seafood and steak house Mr & Mrs Bund and the French café-bistro Polux in Shanghai, as well as the vibrant grill Nonos & Comestibles at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris.
