  1. What will happen to my Invites$ earned before 2 Jan 2018?

    Invites$ earned before 2 Jan 2018 is valid for 12 months and will expire on a monthly first-in-first-out basis. Example: Invites$ earned on 7 Jul 2017 will expire on 31 Jul 2018.

    Invites$ earned from 2 Jan 2018 onwards will be valid for 24 months and will expire on a monthly first-in-first-out basis. Example: Invites$ earn on 10 Jan 2018 will expire on 31 Jan 2020.
     

  2. How will I know when my Invites$ will expire?

    Starting January 2018, a monthly email will be sent in the middle of the month to members with valid email address in RWS’s record, which will include Invites$ expiring in the next 3 months. Example: Jan 2018 email will include Invites$ expiring in Feb, Mar and Apr 2018.

  3. What is an Anniversary Gift? How can I receive it?

    In appreciation of our RWS Invites members’ loyal support, members will be entitled to a set of discount vouchers during their membership anniversary month. An email notification will be sent to members with valid email address in RWS’s record.

  4. If I park my car at RWS on 1 Jan 2018, how much Invites$ do I need to redeem for parking?

    Invites$1.50 will be deducted for parking redemption made before 11.59pm on 1 Jan 2018. Invites$2.50 will be deducted if you make your parking redemption from 12am on 2 Jan 2018 onwards.
     

  5. Where are the designated zones in RWS for the free WiFi and how can I register for it?

    Free WiFi is available at all RWS hotel lobbies, Universal Studios Singapore®, S.E.A. AquariumTM and Adventure Cove WaterparkTM. To access this service, you will need a device to connect to the internet.

    How to access the free WiFi at RWS
    Step 1: Turn on your device’s WiFi and search for ‘GuestWIFI@RWS’. A webpage will be launched automatically.
    Step 2: Select “RWS INVITES MEMBERS”
    Step 3: Enter your RWS Invites 11-digit Membership ID and 6-digit pin (default pin is your birthday in DDMMYY format)
    Step 4: Click on “SUBMIT” button and you will receive a “You are successfully connected” message
     

  6. What are my Birthday Privileges?

    RWS Invites members will be entitled to a set of discount vouchers during their birthday month. RWS Invites Gold members will be entitled to an additional complimentary Set Lunch / Dinner at selected celebrity chef restaurants. An email notification will be sent to members with valid email address in RWS’s record.

  7. What are the discounts I will enjoy at RWS Attractions?

    You will enjoy discounts when you purchase RWS Attractions One-Day Tickets, RWS Attractions VIP Tours, Universal Express™, Adventure Express, Ultimate Marine Encounters, Dolphin Island Interaction Programmes and Ocean Dreams at any RWS Attractions Ticket Booth or RWS Invites Counter.   8. How can I enjoy the wedding privilege?
    The bride or bridegroom must be the RWS Invites Member in order to enjoy this privilege. This privilege is only valid for selected wedding packages with minimum number of guaranteed tables at RWS Convention Centre and Equarius Hotel Banquet Rooms.
