At RWS, we are committed to extending our care and love for the community by enabling them to take action for the betterment of their lives. We seek to empower the community by imparting our skills and knowledge to nurture young talents. We firmly believe that everyone has the potential to make a difference to their lives and contribute to society.

Guided by this principle, we launched aRWSome Apprenticeship to provide opportunities to at-risk youths to learn valuable life skills that can inspire them to pursue careers in the tourism and hospitality sector.
