A pioneer of French-Japanese cuisine, the Michelin-starred Chef Yonemura helms two restaurants in Kyoto and Tokyo, well-known for their exquisite contemporary dishes. Ever the adventurer, the chef has brought his ingenious fusing of east and west to international gourmet events, and even developed the menu for business class travellers on Japan’s largest airline All Nippon Airways.
Here at TEPPAN, he’s pushing the boundaries again. At his first restaurant outside of Japan, he is combining the showmanship of hotplate grilling with nouvelle Japanese kaiseki, infused with his own distinct form of French influences.
TEPPAN houses a 6-, 7- and 8-seat dining space, where you’ll witness a team of expert teppan chefs treat you to an immersive dining showcase of food preparation, cocktail mixing and dessert flambé – as they serve you an exclusive menu utilising the finest ingredients flown from Japan daily.
