Surrounded by the lush landscape of Equarius Hotel and ESPA, dining at Tangerine is a tranquil experience. The wood finishing and earth tones provide a back-to-nature ambience that sets the stage for the meal that is to come.
Chef Kittichai has drawn inspiration from Asian and Western cuisine styles, to create a menu centred on a farm-to-table concept, with much of its ingredients freshly sourced from farms in Singapore and Malaysia.
The menu features dishes made from whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables, sustainable seafood, premium free-range poultry and grass-fed beef. He takes these and combine them with spices such as wild pepper leaf, holy basil and kaffir lime, handpicked from Tangerine’s herb garden to create fares that are well balanced, nourishing and exciting to the palate.
