Chef de Cuisine Davide Bizzarri

Growing up in Pisa, where food is a way of life, gave Davide a passion for the city’s delicacies.

This drove him to obtain two culinary degrees in Pisa under Chef Andrea Lorenzi. To perfect his craft, he worked under celebrity chefs Enrico and Roberto Cerea at Italy's legendary three-MICHELIN-starred Da Vittorio, as well as under culinary icon Chef Sergio Lorenzi.

Davide next brought his refined skills to Singapore. Luminaries who have tasted his cuisine include former President of Singapore, Mr. S.R. Nathan, as well as the founding father and first Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew.

His growing renown led to an appearance as one of the resident chefs of Asian Food Channel series ‘The Big Break’. He was also among Resorts World Sentosa’s team of chefs who prepared dinner for the annual extravaganzas of prestigious international gastronomic society La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, from 2011 to 2016.
