Where great food meets art, you get CURATE – a restaurant conceived as a Michelin-showcase from the get-go. Every quarter, enjoy cuisines from different parts of the world as invited international chefs work their magic at ‘Art at Curate’, or visit any time during the year for a menu of inventive creations which challenge, tease and cajole your senses.

Helmed by resident chef Benjamin Halat, CURATE’s menu is bold and adventurous, giving classics a fresh and unexpected interpretation. His strive to achieve the intriguing fifth taste, the umami flavour, has led Chef Halat to deploy a mix of Japanese ingredients such as miso, nori and mirin. With each dish presented in a form that is artistic yet flavourful, dining at CURATE will certainly be an imaginative and pleasantly unexpected epicurean experience.

Four times a year, the restaurant hosts ‘Art at Curate’ – curated pop-up events where invited international Michelin-starred chefs work their magic. For food connoisseurs, this is a great time to visit for some of the most exquisite culinary fare. You’ll get a menu created especially for the occasion, with signature dishes drawn from the chef’s home restaurant. Some international chefs who left their mark previously: Massimiliano Alajmo, Esben Holmboe Bang, Masayasu Yonemura, Ramón Freixa and Richard Van Oostenbrugge.

CURATE promises a truly exclusive dining experience for the discerning gourmand, presenting great food as art, and transcending both.
