Over the years, the brand has raised its game, putting together a respected group of internationally renowned chefs and their international blend of baking artistry in the R&D team. Masterchef Alan Zou - a Taiwanese chef with more than 30 years of experience and multiple accolades- heads the R&D in China along with consultants from places like Japan, to form our international panel of masterchefs that continues to provide creative varieties and flavours to satisfy taste buds from Asia to the Middle East.
Using only globally sourced premium ingredients such as Trehalose sugar in selected cakes, Japanese-milled flour, butter from New Zealand produced by grass-fed cows and Hokkaido milk, our creations aims to tantalise the palate with a unique combination of textures, balancing the taste and quality of artisanal European breads while retaining the pliability that Asian consumers treasure.
