Yosuke Suga

Chef Yosuke Suga has worked under Joël Robuchon for 16 years, having become the Executive Chef at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Tokyo at just 26. Thereafter, he took on the role of project lead in consecutively opening various Ateliers in Los Angeles, New York, Taipei and Paris. In 2015, Chef Suga returned to Japan to launch his experimental restaurant "SUGALABO Inc." Notoriously difficult to secure a booking, SUGALABO Inc. has since entered the likes of Tokyo’s Top 10 Restaurants (based on Tabelog) and has become well known for their innovative cuisine.
