Entry to the Concert (the “Event”)

1. Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd (“RWS”) reserves the right to (i) take possession of the ticket of; or (ii) refuse entry to any person who:
   1. cannot produce a valid ticket;
   2. presents a ticket that has not been purchased from RWS or other authorised points of sale;
   3. presents a ticket that is defaced or becomes illegible, or if it is reasonably suspected that the ticket is a stolen ticket or is a counterfeit; or
   4. breaches or is attempting to breach any of these terms and conditions.
2. In addition to the above, RWS also reserves the right, at all times and in its sole discretion, to refuse entry or remove any person(s) as it deems necessary (including without limitation any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the Event by others). No refund or compensation will be made to such person(s).
3. No admission for infants in arms, aged 3 and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission. All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4. No photography, videography and social media live streaming are allowed.
5. No cancellations are allowed after purchase is made.
6. Not for sale, transferable, non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash or void if altered
7. Not to be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount and other vouchers
8. Not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved by RWS in writing
9. RWS shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket(s).
10. RWS may, at any time, without notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, relocate the Event, change, restrict admission to or stop the Event in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
11. You agree and acknowledge that, as an attendee of the Event, you may be filmed and/or photographed. In this regard:

    (a) RWS and third parties authorised by RWS may make or record films and/or other forms of moving pictures, still pictures during the Event. Each attendee consents and grants RWS and third parties authorised by RWS permission to use photograph(s), videotape(s) and/or recording(s) collected from the Event (which contains the face, name, voice, picture, likeness, and all other types of data from which attendee(s) can be identified, collectively the “Data”), in any media worldwide (including publication within and outside Singapore) and for any purpose  in perpetuity without identification, compensation or payment of any kind and waives any and all personality and privacy rights to the extent necessary to permit such use;

    (b) the handling or processing of any Data will purpose in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and RWS’s data protection policy (available at RWS’s website https://www.rwsentosa.com/en/legal-information); and

    (c) RWS shall have the right to allow any authorised photographers and/or videographers into the Event to make collect an attendee’s Data for future advertising and promotional purposes without prior permission from the attendee. No professional videography and photography allowed unless with the prior approval from RWS.

12. RWS reserves the right to take possession of prohibited or dangerous items, and refuse entry or remove any persons possessing such items.
13. The guests may be subject to search of their possessions (including bags and clothes), for safety reasons.
14. No outside food or beverages are permitted at the Event.
15. By participating in the Event, the guests shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that RWS may issue from time to time.
16. A guest shall fully indemnify and hold RWS harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost, liability or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, which RWS incurs in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the guest’s breach of these terms and conditions.
17. Insofar as is permissible by applicable law, RWS shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any injuries, damage or loss a guest may suffer or incur, whether such injury, damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise and accordingly, by using this ticket, you agree to release us from all such liability. We reserve the right to refuse or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable, and any claims against us shall be litigated only in Singapore.
18. RWS reserves the right amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
19. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
20. The terms and conditions of the Event shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
