Community Chest Charity in the Park
The second edition of Community Chest Charity in the Park on 18 February 2017 brought together over 4,000 beneficiaries, their caregivers, corporate donors and volunteers for an evening of food and fun at Universal Studios Singapore.

The theme – Celebrate Abilities and Embrace Inclusiveness – aimed to raise awareness and promote greater understanding of persons with disabilities through meaningful and interactive games such as sign language challenge. Graced by Mr Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills) & Second Minister for Defence, the event raised a total of S$2,010,297. The event is co-organised with Resorts World Sentosa as part of the integrated resort’s five-year pledge of S$5 million cash donation and in-kind support to Community Chest from 2014 to 2018.
