Attractions Terms and Conditions

Universal Studios Singapore

  1. All rates stated herein are subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of GST.
  2. Pre-payment must be made via a valid Credit or Debit Card before the attraction ticket(s) ordered hereunder are issued.
  3. The ticket order as set out in your Order Confirmation shall be deemed final. Accordingly, no refund will be provided in the event of cancellation of the ticket order and no amendment to the ticket order will be entertained.
  1. Each ticket is dated and only valid on selected visit date, unless otherwise specified.
  2. Each ticket can only be used once. If it is determined by RWS that there are multiple copies/usages of the ticket, usage of the ticket will be denied. In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made based on our electronic record.
  3. All tickets sold are non-transferable, not for sale/exchange, and non-refundable even in cases of inclement weather.
  4. Any resale of tickets is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by RWS. RWS reserves the right to invalidate tickets in connection with any fraudulent /unauthorized resale transaction, without refund or other compensation.
  5. Tickets that are altered or defaced are void.
  6. Tickets are not to be used for any promotional purposes, unless expressly approved in writing by RWS.
  7. Purchasing Cardholder will be required to present the physical Credit or Debit card used for this purchase upon ticket collection; or a completed copy of the RWS Authorisation letter (click here to download: https://www.rwsentosa.com/authorisation-letter) by the purchasing Cardholder with supporting document will be required. Failure to present any of the documents set out above may result in rejection of collection of tickets. Guest who receive e-Tickets within the confirmation letter can proceed to the attraction admission gate directly.
  1. Each ticket is valid for admission of one (1) guest only.

  • · Child refers to ages 4 to 12
  1. Strictly no outside food or beverage permitted.
  2. Hand-stamp and ticket are required for same day re-entry.
  3. Bag check will be conducted on all personal and/or hand-carry baggage for safety and security purposes.
  4. Admissions to the attractions are subject to the individual attraction’s rules and regulations, which are available on https://www.rwsentosa.com/attractions-terms or visit the Guest Services for more information.
  5. Park operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. Guests are advised to visit https://www.rwsentosa.com for updates prior to visit.
  1. Your order confirmation and ticket together with the terms and conditions stated herein, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and RWS.
  2. This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and any dispute or different arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
  3. In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and versions of this agreement in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
  4. RWS reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

S.E.A. Aquarium
