  Universal Studios Singapore Annual Pass Gifting Terms and Conditions:

  • Promotion is valid from 1 December 2018 to 31 December 2018, while stocks last.
  • Annual Pass Gift Tickets must be processed into a physical Annual Pass membership card on the first day of visit by 31 January 2019. Extension of validity is not permitted. 
  • Delivery of gifts is only available within Singapore.
  • Deliveries to more than one (1) address will have to be done in separate transactions. 
  • Gifts will arrive within 5-7 working days from the order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, excluding Public Holidays.
  • For delivery before Christmas Day, orders will need to be placed and confirmed by 17 December 2018. 
  • Each gift recipient will receive one (1) Gift Box, one (1) Lanyard and one (1) Annual Pass Gift Ticket upon successful order delivery.

  Universal Studios Singapore VIP Experience

  1. VIP Experience is subject to availability.
  2. VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of the weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and no rain checks or refunds shall be allowed.
  3. Participants must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore™ VIP Reception at least 15 minutes before the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience.
  4. The VIP Experience Team must be notified of any change or cancellation to the participant’s VIP Experience booking at least 24 hours before the commencement of the VIP Experience, failing which the participant shall forfeit 100% of the payment made.
  5. The price of the One-Day VIP Experience Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.
  6. The 10% retail discount applicable on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
  7. For safety purposes, children aged 7 years and under must be accompanied by a participant who is over the age of 18 years at all times during the VIP Experience.
  8. Parents/legal guardians of participants under the age of 18 years will be required to fill up a form in order for their child/ward to be able to participate in the VIP Experience.
  9. All participants must meet the appropriate height requirements imposed for each of the attractions in the VIP Experience and must be able to fully understand and comply with the safety requirements and recommendations for each of the attractions in the VIP Experience.
