General FAQs for Universal Studios Singapore

Where can I buy tickets to Universal Studios Singapore?
They can be booked online from our website, rwsentosa.com, our ticketing hotline at +65 6577 8899, our authorized agents or on-site at any attractions ticket booth.

What methods of payment are accepted?
You may use cash, credit/debit cards, NETS, China Union Pay (CUP), RWS Gift Vouchers, Entertainment Vouchers, Genting Dollars and Invites Dollars.

Can I buy tickets on the day of my visit?
Yes, but do note that tickets are subject to availability. It is also advisable to check our “Plan Your Visit” page for the park’s operating hours on the day of your visit.

Why is there a discrepancy in ticket prices bought online and on-site?
This could be due to promotions exclusive to online purchases only.

Are there packages that include hotel stays at Resorts World Sentosa?
Yes, please find out more under the “Promotions” page on our website, rwsentosa.com.

If I am staying at a Resorts World Sentosa hotel how do I purchase tickets to Universal Studios Singapore?
You may visit any attractions ticket booth outside the park or inquire with your hotel concierge. As tickets are subject to availability, we encourage guests to make their bookings before arrival.

Are hotel guests guaranteed tickets to Universal Studios Singapore?
Tickets for all guests are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Are there extra charges for any of the attractions inside Universal Studios Singapore?
All attractions are included in your admission ticket with the exception of special ticketed events such as Halloween Horror Nights.

Tell me more about Universal Express Pass and Universal Express Unlimited Pass.
Holders of either Pass may skip the queue at select attractions and proceed to the Express Lane. The regular Pass allows you to do this once at every participating attraction, while the Unlimited Pass lets you do it as many times as you wish. Prices for both passes vary and start from S$30 for regular and S$50 for Unlimited.

Where can I purchase the Universal Express Pass and Universal Express Unlimited Pass?
Both are available from our website when you purchase your admission ticket, any attractions ticket booth, Guest Services counter, as well as select retail and F&B outlets inside the park.

Are tickets transferable?
All valid, unused tickets are transferable.

Are tickets refundable?
We regret that tickets sold are non-refundable, even in cases of inclement weather.

I lost my ticket(s)/ I forgot the confirmation number of my ticket(s). Is there a way to retrieve it?
For tickets purchased online or through our hotline, please visit the Guest Services counter with the relevant credit/debit card and photo ID for verification. For tickets purchased on-site please present your proof of purchase at our Guest Services counter.

Can I re-enter Universal Studios Singapore after leaving?
Your admission ticket is valid for an entire day. Please obtain a re-entry hand stamp upon exit. A valid stamp and ticket must be presented for re-entry. For special events, terms & conditions apply.

May I change the date of my Universal Studios Singapore ticket(s)?
Please contact the Resorts World Sentosa General Reservations & Ticketing Hotline at +65 6577 8899 for assistance.

 

Inside the Park

What should I wear to Universal Studios Singapore?
For the best experience, you are advised to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You may wish to bring along a spare set of clothes* as you may get wet at select attractions. Please be properly clothed at all times. No costumes or full-faced masks are allowed inside the park.
*Lockers are available for storage; charges apply.

What time does Universal Studios Singapore open and close?
Please check our “Plan Your Visit” page for details as operating hours vary from day to day and are subject to change without prior notice.

Will Universal Studios Singapore be closed during thunderstorms?
Outdoor attractions may close temporarily in the event of lightning risk.

Will I be refunded should Universal Studios Singapore be closed due to bad weather?
As Universal Studios Singapore does not close for inclement weather, tickets will be non-refundable.

What are the preferred methods of payment inside Universal Studios Singapore?
You may use cash, credit/debit cards, NETS, China Union Pay (CUP), RWS Gift Vouchers, Entertainment Vouchers, Genting Dollars and Invites Dollars.

Are ATMs located inside Universal Studios Singapore?
You can find ATMs next to Jurassic Outfitters at The Lost World. Please refer to the Studio Guide or ask any team member for directions.

Are there lockers available for rent?
Lockers are conveniently located throughout the park; charges apply. For luggage storage, you may wish to use the bigger lockers at the park entrance. Oversized luggage may be stored at the Rental Services counter for S$35 per item during park operating hours. Free use of lockers for loose articles is available for the duration of each ride (including waiting time) at Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN vs. CYLON* and Revenge of the Mummy, after which regular charges apply.

I have lost an item. What should I do?
Please approach a team member at the location where you last left the item and ask for assistance. You can also visit the Guest Services counter to ask about your item(s). Resorts World Sentosa and Universal Studios Singapore assume no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged articles.

What should I do if I feel unwell?
Please approach any team member for assistance. First Aid is available within the park.

Are there age, height or weight restrictions for the attractions in the theme park?
Please check the Rider’s Guide for more information on height, weight and/or health restrictions for various attractions. You may pick up the Rider’s Guide at the Guest Services counter located inside the park entrance.

Are there facilities for the handicapped?
At Universal Studios Singapore we strive to create an environment that is accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. A Rider’s Guide is available at Guest Services, which explains boarding procedures and specific information related to each attraction. Additionally, all restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

Can I shower in the park?
There are no shower facilities for guests in the park.

Where may I rent strollers in the park?
Stroller rentals are available near the park entrance at the rate of S$15 (infant/single) and S$20 (double). Annual Pass holders enjoy a S$5 discount.

Is there a nursing room in the park?
Yes. Our Baby Centre is located inside the Membership Lobby inside the park entrance. 

 

Food & Beverage

Where can I find Halal food in the park?
Mel’s Drive In, Friar’s, Goldilocks, Oasis Spice Café and Marty’s Casa Del Wild Food Court are all Halal-certified.

Are there vegetarian options available in the park?
Yes, you will find vegetarian dishes on the menu at most of our restaurants.

Is it possible for parties and conventions to be held in the park?
Yes, please contact our MICE Sales Representatives at mice@rwsentosa.com or call +65 6577 9977 and we will customise a package for you.

Are there options for me if I would rather have a snack than sit down for a meal?
Yes, we have many food carts located throughout the park offering a wide variety of refreshments and snacks.

Can I bring food and drinks into the park?
With such an abundance of food options available at Universal Studios Singapore we kindly ask that our guests not bring food and drinks from outside the park.

Where can I store my food and drinks I brought in from outside the park?
Lockers are available outside the park and may be reopened multiple times within the hire period; charges apply.

 

Others

Are there photography restrictions within the park?
Photography and videography are permitted, but not while experiencing the attractions. Production cameras and drones are not allowed inside the park. For enquiries on wedding photography please email RWSTours@RWSentosa.com or call +65 6577 6077.

Can I bring my pets to the park?
Other than service animals for the visually impaired, no pets are allowed within the premises.

Is smoking allowed in the park?
Designated smoking areas are indicated in our Studio Guide. Please ask any team member for assistance with directions.

Am I allowed to bring in a skate-scooter?
Only Electric Convenience Vehicles are permitted inside the park.

Where is Universal Studios Singapore?
Universal Studios Singapore is located in Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island. How to get here by walking: 10 minute stroll on the Sentosa Boardwalk. By bus: RWS 8 from VivoCity or Harbourfront; SBS 123 from Orchard Road. By Sentosa Express: Board it on Level 3 of VivoCity. By car: Park in B1 East (red zone).
