Gifting Terms & Conditions
- Promotion is valid from 1 December 2018 to 31 December 2018, while stocks last.
- Annual Pass Gift Tickets must be processed into a physical Annual Pass membership card on the first day of visit by 31 January 2019. Extension of validity is not permitted.
- Delivery is only available for:
- Online Gift purchase at www.rwsentosa.com; or
- Onsite Gift purchase at Guest Services located outside Universal Studios Singapore.
- Delivery of gifts is only available within Singapore.
- Deliveries to more than one (1) address will have to be done in separate transactions.
- Gifts will arrive within 5-7 working days from the order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, excluding Public Holidays.
- For delivery before Christmas Day, orders will need to be placed and confirmed by 17 December 2018.
- Each gift recipient will receive one (1) Gift Box, one (1) Lanyard and one (1) Annual Pass Gift Ticket upon successful order delivery.
- One (1) Limited Edition Christmas Annual Pass will be issued upon pass processing.
- Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts and promotions, including the $10 Attractions Pass renewal discount for renewing Attractions members.
- Promotional gift tickets are not for sale or exchange, non-refundable and are subject to availability.
- Terms and Conditions of RWS Attractions Pass apply.
- Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
