- Tour can accommodate up to 8 guests from the same group (toddlers included).
- Duration of tour will be approximately 3.5 hours.
- Tour starts from S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience Meeting Point at 10am.
- Tours are in English. For other languages, please enquire with VIP Experience Team for availability at the time of reservation.

Terms and Conditions
- Tours are available on a first come first served basis.
- Tour shall proceed regardless of weather conditions, and there should be no rain check nor refund.
- Late arrivals may miss certain tour components.
- Direct interactions with dolphins are not included in the Dolphin Island back-of-house tour.
- Wheelchairs and crutches are not permitted in some areas of the back-of-house tour.
- For safety purposes, all guests are required to wear proper covered footwear. All guests are also required to keep all loose items secured.
- No photography or videography is allowed during the back-of-house tour.
- Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
- For your safety, any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
- Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
