Ocean Dreams FAQs

What is Ocean Dreams?
Ocean Dreams is an overnight immersive journey where participants will be able to experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sleep in S.E.A. Aquarium, and learn about fascinating marine creatures!

When is Ocean Dreams available?
Ocean Dreams is an ongoing programme that starts from 6:30pm to 10:00am (the next day) on selected nights. For available dates, please refer to the RWS Website for more information.

Who can attend Ocean Dreams?
Ocean Dreams is suitable for family and friends, schools and corporate groups that are looking at a unique team bonding engagement while learning about marine life. The minimum age of participation is six (6) years old and participants below the age of twenty one (21) years old must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult.

What does the price of Ocean Dreams include?
The price includes meals and admission to S.E.A. Aquarium within the stipulated hours of the programme.
Sleeping bags and shared tents will be provided to all participants.

What should I bring along for Ocean Dreams?

Sleeping bags, tents and blankets will be provided to all participants.

To make your stay with us more comfortable, please bring along:
• Comfortable Clothing and covered shoes
• Pillow (optional)
• Warm jacket or sweater (Optional)
• Personal hygiene products and toiletries
• Towel
• Personal medication
• Slippers
• Camera
• Eye mask (to use if participant require complete darkness to sleep as service lights will be switched on)

Participants will be sleeping in the vicinity of one another in a tent (Maximum 2 Adult and 1 Child for each tent).
Hence they may want to bring earplugs if they are light sleepers.

What can I expect from Ocean Dreams?
Participants of Ocean Dreams will be able to venture on a mysterious, exciting and action-packed journey through the various habitats in S.E.A. Aquarium.

Participants can expect the following when they sign up for Ocean Dreams:
• Meet & Greet with our S.E.A. Aquarium Mascot
• A 90 minutes guided tour through S.E.A. Aquarium packed with fascinating information about the many wonders of our blue planet.
• Discover more about the behavior of nocturnal traits of our marine animals through our interactive learning stations
• Learn how you can do your part to help conserve and protect our marine habitats
• Hands-on fun at pitching your own tent for sleep
• Wake up and meet our aquarists for a special photo opportunity
• Enjoy a special Manta Moments session & back of house visit in the aquarium

Do note that some of the programmes during Ocean Dreams are weather permitting. S.E.A. Aquarium is completely sheltered and as such, all indoor programmes will proceed. In the event of inclement weather, RWS reserves the right to replace any affected outdoor programme with an indoor programme deemed suitable.

Photography or videography is not allowed at all back-of-house areas.

What is the Sleeping arrangement for Ocean Dreams?
To enhance your experience with us, the following will be provided:
• Sharing tents (Maximum 2 Adult and 1 Child (6 – 12 years old))
• Individual Sleeping Bags
• Individual Blankets

Please respect the privacy of other participants by not entering any other areas than the assigned sleeping area. Sleeping arrangements are based on the size of the group, number of total groups during the evening, and type of group (family, school group, etc.). Due to these factors, we are unable to guarantee preferred sleeping areas.

Where is the point of registration?
The registration point will be at the entrance of the Maritime Experiential Museum. Please arrive at the meeting point punctually to ensure a smooth administration process.

Are there meals provided? Can I bring in my own food?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed into the S.E.A. Aquarium. If any participant has any dietary requests (e.g. vegetarian meals) or allergies (e.g. allergy to nuts, eggs, etc.…), please highlight it to us 2 weeks prior to the programme date in order for us to provide a customised menu.

How do I sign-up/ enquire about Ocean Dreams?

Reservations must be confirmed two weeks prior to the scheduled programme date.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
For the programme to proceed, a minimum of 20 pax would be required. Bookings are on hold until the number of minimum participants are fulfilled. Resorts World Sentosa will endeavor to inform all participants, and provide alternative date(s) for the participants to take part in the programme in the event that the programme is postponed.

Cancellation Policy
• Please note that no refunds will be made for any cancellation of bookings except in the case of Resorts World Sentosa’s cancellation of the Programme.
• We require 14 days cancellation prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee.
• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any charges by 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
• For Corporate Buy-outs, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be imposed.
• For Approved Tour Agencies, non-refundable SGD2000 Deposit will not be refunded.

For all change of dates, please check with public.programmes@rwsentosa.com and it will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
