Where can I buy Dolphin Island interaction tickets?
If you would like to make a reservation for our programmes, you may do so online at www.rwsentosa.com, or via the Resorts World Sentosa Reservation Hotline (+65 6577 8888). You may also try to make reservations on-site at the Adventure Cove Waterpark ticket booth, subject to availability.
Can I purchase just the Dolphin Interaction programmes without buying admission tickets for Adventure Cove Waterpark?
Admission to Adventure Cove Waterpark is required for all Dolphin Interaction programmes. You may opt for the Adventure Cove Waterpark Day Tickets or the Annual Passes if you plan to visit more regularly.
What if I already have my Adventure Cove Waterpark ticket and wish to do a Dolphin Interaction Programme?
You can proceed directly to our Dolphin Island ticket booth located inside Adventure Cove Waterpark (beside Ray Bay) to do a ticket upgrade. Please note that the programmes are subject to availability.
Can I buy tickets on the same day that I wish to interact with dolphins at Dolphin Island?
Yes, but please note that tickets are subject to availability as there are a limited number of sessions per day. Please visit us for the latest updates on Adventure Cove Waterpark operating hours and Dolphin Island Interaction Programme timing.
Are there different prices for different days?
No. However, due to Dolphin Island’s limited number of sessions per day, tickets are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Do note that tickets are dated and time-based i.e. Interaction Programme tickets booked for the 1st of January 2017 at 10:00am are only valid on 1st of January 2017 at 10:00am. Will tickets sold online be cheaper than those sold on-site at the Adventure Cove Waterpark ticket booth?
No, they are the same. Tickets are not available online at this moment. However reservations can be made via Resorts World Sentosa Reservation Hotline (+65 6577 8888) or email to email@example.com.
Are there Stay-and-Play packages which include hotel stays and Dolphin Interaction Programmes?
Not at the moment. You may visit our website www.rwsentosa.com for Stay-and-Play packages should they become available.
I am staying at one of the hotels at Resorts World Sentosa, how do I purchase Dolphin Interaction Programmes?
You may purchase your tickets at Adventure Cove Waterpark ticket counters (subject to availability). However, guests are encouraged to purchase tickets before arrival at the hotels via www.rwsentosa.com or Resorts World Sentosa Reservation Hotline (+65 6577 8888) to avoid disappointment.
Are hotel guests guaranteed to have Dolphin Interaction Programmes?
Tickets for hotel guests are on a first-come-first-served basis. We would encourage guests to book their Dolphin Interaction Programmes when they make their room reservations to avoid disappointment.
As hotel guest, do I have to pay extra to interact with the dolphins?
Once inside Adventure Cove Waterpark, all attractions are included in your admission ticket, except for Ultimate Marine Encounters programmes, rental of Cabanas and other Dolphin Interaction Programmes, which vary in costs. To inquire on the availability of Dolphin Interaction Programmes, please visit the Adventure Cove Waterpark ticket booth upon arrival.
What are the preferred modes of payment?
For your convenience, a variety of payment methods are accepted including cash, credit/debit cards, NETS and China Union Pay (CUP). The types of credit/debit cards which are accepted are VISA, Mastercard, JCB and American Express (AMEX).
Are tickets transferable?
Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person throughout the Dolphin Interaction Programme.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets sold are non-refundable even in cases of inclement weather. Rescheduling will be subjected to programs availability. No shows are charged 100% of their reservation amount.
I lost my ticket(s) and I forgot the confirmation number of my ticket(s). Is there a way to retrieve it?
Please proceed to Adventure Cove Waterpark ticket booth so that your unused ticket can be reprinted. You will be required to present the credit card used for the purchase and a photo identification card for verification.
Can I leave and re-enter Dolphin Island?
Entry into Dolphin Island is only valid on the date and time of your Dolphin Interaction Programme. Re-entry into Dolphin Island is not allowed. For special private interaction programmes with family and friends, terms and conditions apply.
I am unable to make it to interact with the dolphins and have decided to visit Dolphin Island another day. Will I be able to do so?
Yes. Rescheduling should be informed 24 hours in advance. No shows are charged 100% of their reservation amount.
Is there a way to skip the regular queue?
Express queues are currently not available. All Dolphin Interaction Programme participants are advised to arrive at Dolphin Island 10 minutes before the scheduled programme time.
What do I need to bring for the Dolphin Interaction programme?
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your programme in your swim wear. Wetsuits will be provided. All personal belongings to be kept in the provided lockers at the entrance of Dolphin Island. Strictly no loose items, phones, and cameras allowed in Dolphin Island.
What should I wear during the Dolphin Interaction Program?
We encourage the guests to come 10 minutes before the scheduled interaction programme in their swimming attire. Please refer to Adventure Cove Waterpark’s Swimwear Policy.
Do I need to know how to swim/float?
You don't need to know how to swim, except for Dolphin Adventure where you will need to know how to float.
Can I bring my own flotation device or wetsuit?
Dolphin Island will provide a flotation device or wetsuit depending on the safety requirements of the programme. For the safety of our guests and marine animals, personal flotation devices and wetsuits are not permitted inside Dolphin Island.
How early should I arrive before the programme starts?
You are advised to be at Dolphin Island at least 15 minutes before the scheduled programme time.
How long will the water experience be?
30 minutes of in-water experience, except for non-wet programmes such as Trainer for a Day, Dolphin Observer and Dolphin Encounter.
Must I be a certified diver to participate in the Dolphin Trek programme?
Dolphin Trek is suitable for non-swimmers, and no SCUBA certification is needed.
Can pregnant women participate in any Dolphin Interaction programmes? Is a doctor's letter needed?
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in Dolphin Adventure. For all other Dolphin Interaction programmes, a fit-for-participation medical certificate indicating is needed.
In the Dolphin Observer programme, can the observer touch the dolphins?
No, observers can only view what is happening in the lagoon. The Dolphin Observer is an exclusive programme catering only to the families and friends of Dolphin Discovery and Dolphin Adventure interaction programmes participants.

What are the operating hours for Dolphin Island?
Dolphin Island’s operating hours are from 10am to 6pm daily. Do note that interaction programmes are subject to change. Look to the Dolphin Island page for the most updated timings and updates.
Will a safety briefing be given before the programme starts?
Yes, our Dolphin Trainers will brief you on what to do before the programme starts.
Will my Dolphin Interaction Programme be affected during heavy downpours or lightning?
Programmes may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Participants must be present before the marine mammal trainer determines cancellation or postponement due to the weather condition.
Will I be able to get a refund of my Dolphin Interaction Programme in the event of bad weather?
Dolphin Island does not close due to weather conditions. Inclement weather is dependable on situation. Therefore, tickets are non-refundable.
Will I be able to bring in food and drinks into Dolphin Island?
Food and beverages are not permitted inside Dolphin Island for the safety of the marine animals.
Can I wear sunscreen lotion during the interaction programmes?
Guests who are taking part in the interaction programmes are advised not to wear any sunscreen lotions or jewellery during each session. However, if you have already applied sunscreen, you can use the showers provided to rinse it off.
What should I do if I feel unwell?
First Aid is available inside Adventure Cove Waterpark under the Whirlpool Washout attraction. If you fall ill during your visit, please approach any team member for assistance.
How many dolphins will I get to meet?
There will be one dolphin to a group along with one dolphin trainer.
What should I do if I realised I lost something?
Please approach our Team Members at the location where you may have left the item. You can also visit the Guest Services counters and inquire about your lost articles. Resorts World Sentosa and Adventure Cove Waterpark assume no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged articles.
Are there age, height or weight restrictions for the Dolphin Interaction programmes?
For your safety, there are age and height requirements for some of the programmes. Guests who do not meet the requirements while on site will be offered an alternative suitable Dolphin Island programme. No refunds will be offered. Please review your specific programme details and requirements before scheduling an interaction programme.
Are there areas in Dolphin Island for guests with disabilities?
Dolphin Island will make every effort to provide the necessary assistance for persons with special needs and/or physical impairment so that they can enjoy the experience. However, it is required that a primary paying participant be present in the water throughout the interaction. Are there shower facilities in Dolphin Island?
There are outdoor shower facilities in Dolphin Island that are provided for guests to use before and after the dolphin interaction program.
Will life jackets be available?
Life jackets will only be provided for Dolphin Adventure.
Do you have a babysitter to look after my baby while I do the dolphin interaction?
At the moment, babysitting services are not provided in Dolphin Island.
Can my friends and family take photos while I do the Dolphin Interaction Programme?
An official photographer will be with you during the experience to take photos. The photos may be purchased after the interaction programme at Adventure Cove Waterpark - Reef N Wave Wear.
Is smoking allowed in Dolphin Island?
Dolphin Island is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted at designated smoking areas only. These designated areas are also indicated on the Adventure Cove Waterpark guide map.
Can children under the age of 12 interact with the dolphins by themselves?
Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult participant 21 years old and above.
What is the type of water used in Dolphin Island habitats?
The water in our Indo-pacific bottlenose dolphins’ habitat at Dolphin Island is treated sea water.
Can I use the lockers in Dolphin Island until I leave Adventure Cove Waterpark?
The lockers in Dolphin Island are for your use only for the duration of the Dolphin Interaction programme. Once the programme is over, you may use the lockers within Adventure Cove Waterpark.

Are there any restaurants inside Dolphin Island?
There is no restaurant available inside the facility but we have The Bay Restaurant located in Adventure Cove Waterpark.
Is it possible for parties and special private Dolphin Interaction Programmes to be held within Dolphin Island?

Are pets and animals allowed within Dolphin Island?
No pets or animals are allowed within our premises.
Where can I obtain the Adventure Cove Waterpark Map?
The Adventure Cove Waterpark Map can be downloaded here or are available onsite as well as the main entrance.
Are there any gift shops?
Yes, there is a gift shop, Reef N Wave Wear located at the entrance/exit of Adventure Cove Waterpark.
If I am a guest in Dolphin Island, am I entitled to complimentary parking?
Complimentary parking is not included for Dolphin Interaction Programmes.
Where is Dolphin Island located?
Dolphin Island is located within Resorts World Sentosa’s Adventure Cove Waterpark. Island admission charges into Sentosa Island still apply. Click here to view a map of Resorts World Sentosa.
How do I get to Dolphin Island?
Adventure Cove Waterpark is located on Sentosa Island, guests visiting Adventure Cove Waterpark can get to Sentosa via several ways:
- By Walking:
Guests can opt for a leisurely 10 minutes stroll into Sentosa via the Sentosa Boardwalk. Admission into the island is SGD1 per entry by this mode of entry. After passing through the gantries, look out for signs pinpointing S.E.A. Aquarium’s location.
- By Buses:
RWS 8 is a public bus service which will bring guests directly into Resorts World for a SGD2 fee (Guests need not pay for the island admission if they are entering Sentosa via RWS 8). The disembarkation point would be outside the RWS Casino. There are two boarding locations for the bus (outside of Vivo City, and Merill Lynch Building).
- By Sentosa Express:
Sentosa Express is located on Level 3 of Vivo City. Guests are required to pay SGD4 for this mode of admission. The Sentosa Express Tickets can be bought at the Sentosa counters located right outside the Sentosa Express gantries.
- By Car:
If you enter via RWS B1 car park, only car park charges apply.
If you enter via Sentosa gantry, Sentosa Island admission and car park charges apply.
