Know Before You Go: Essential Information for Guests
We are excited to have you back at Resorts World Sentosa, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy your favourite rides, attractions and food once again!
Above all, we want to make sure your experience at the resort is a safe and enjoyable one. As an SG Clean-accredited organisation, RWS has put in place stringent health and safety measures, based on guidelines by the Singapore government, to protect our guests and team members. We ask all guests to review these important measures before visiting.
In addition to these measures, here’s some essential information to keep in mind as you plan your visit.
Revised opening hours and experiences
As we embark on a phased reopening of our attractions, expect redesigned experiences in addition to revised operating hours:
- Universal Studios Singapore will reopen on 1 – 5 July, and subsequently every Thursday through Sunday, 2pm to 9pm.
- S.E.A. Aquarium will reopen every Saturday through Tuesday, starting 4 July, 10am to 5pm.
Meet-and-greet sessions, as well as most of the rides at Universal Studios Singapore, will be available. However, all shows at both Universal Studios Singapore and S.E.A. Aquarium will be suspended for now. These include the suspension of public feeding sessions at the aquarium. For rides that are operating, guests will be issued tickets with timed entry and seated at least one metre apart. Related riders (e.g. family members, couples) can be seated together, but only a maximum of five in a group.
Purchase your tickets online in advance
Ticketing counters at the attractions will not be operational, so Book Direct here from 30 June, 8am to enjoy peace of mind, as well as adjusted admission rates. We are also introducing our priority entry special at Universal Studios Singapore where you enjoy early entry from 12pm, exclusive meet-and-greet sessions, a head start when our rides kick off at 2pm, and more! Also, whilst we know it’s much more fun to go in groups, please stick to a maximum of five people!
Guiding you to safety
Safe Distancing Ambassadors will be around to provide assistance as you enjoy the various experiences. All guests must wear masks, check in and out via SafeEntry and have their temperature screened when before entering the attractions and restaurants. There will be plenty of signage and floor markers to guide you along.
Extension of Annual and Season Passes
We are pleased to announce that our Annual and Season Passholders will enjoy an extension to their memberships. The automatic extension will be equal to the duration of time that the parks were closed, and no action is required on your end.
As we are limiting attendance during our phased reopening, we require Annual or Season Passholders to reserve their slots here prior to visiting the attractions. Remember, visit the park only after you’ve received a confirmation of your reservation from us!

Dine with peace of mind
We have ensured your dining environment is safe too. Food will be individually plated, and served covered, while cutlery is presented only when you are seated. Counters and tables will also be outfitted with safety shields. We clean and disinfect tables, chairs, serving trays, wine buckets and all high-touch points like menu tablets after every dining session. We have opened five of our marquee eateries since 19 June, and you can visit here for a list of available restaurants or to make a reservation.
