Savour Japanese haute cuisine at kunio tokuoka. The restaurant extends far beyond the flavor of the food and its presentation on the plate—it also encompasses such aspects as reflecting the changing seasons, tea ceremony, ikebana flower arrangements, selection of hanging scrolls, and the history and spirit of the serving dishes used.

Japanese traditional ‘Kaiseki Cuisine’ has been integrated with the Tea Ceremony which took its form in the 16th century. In kunio tokuoka, chef Tokuoka keeps up with the traditional cuisine and adds the foremost culinary techniques, ideas and then makes it anew.

Ushering in 2011, kunio tokuoka proudly presents its new set lunches: the $75++ Shokado Bento and $120++ Set Lunch course.

Master Chef Kunio Tokuoka uses seasonal ingredients at the peak of their freshness, importing the vast majority of our ingredients from Japan and as such, this menu is subject to change based on the availability of the items.
