Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents can buy the casino levy from counters outside the Resorts World™ Sentosa casino and online. It is mandatory for foreign patrons to show either their passports (valid foreign passports must contain a short term visit immigration stamp), Work pass, Student pass (with photo), or Long-term visit pass (with photo) in order to gain entry into the casino.
