Terms and Conditions
  • The Junior Ocean Protector Programme price is inclusive of S.E.A Aquarium admission tickets for the participants.
  • The programme is subjected to availability.
  • Sales will close 4 calendar days before the event date.
  • For any food allergies, please contact education@rwsentosa.com at least 4 calendar days prior to the selected programme date.
  • The programme is opened to children aged 7 to 12 years old only.
  • The programme is conducted in English only.
  • The programme will proceed only with a minimum of 2 participant signups. Should this not be met, participants will be contacted to reschedule their programme to another date advised.
  • Participants must arrive at S.E.A. Aquarium Entrance at least 15 minutes before the start of the programme. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components of the programme.
  • For protection and safety, all participants must wear covered footwear. Inappropriate footwear such as open-toe shoes may result in guests missing certain programme components.
  • The programme may involve some outdoor components which are weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, RWS reserves the right to replace the affected outdoor programme with another programme deemed suitable.
  • Participants will follow a predetermined itinerary with their guide, who will showcase the many aspects of husbandry at S.E.A. Aquarium.
  • No photography or videography is allowed in the back-of-house areas.
  • Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, RWS reserves the right to substitute certain components of the programme.
  • RWS reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
  • General terms and conditions, park rules and regulations of S.E.A. Aquarium apply.
