Assistant Manager, Guest Services

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in managing the day-to-day function of Guest Services Operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures on dealing with guest concerns
  • Track patterns and develop statistical reports regarding guest issues and experiences
  • Responsible for the development and management of labour and non-labour budgets within the Guest Services area

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' guest services management experience in hospitality industry and supervision of large staff
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
