Assistant Manager, Guest Services
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in managing the day-to-day function of Guest Services Operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures on dealing with guest concerns
- Track patterns and develop statistical reports regarding guest issues and experiences
- Responsible for the development and management of labour and non-labour budgets within the Guest Services area
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' guest services management experience in hospitality industry and supervision of large staff
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
