Manager, Wardrobe Operations

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-opening activities including garment design, fabric selection, uniform sourcing strategy, vendor selection, and provide operational input to ensure that the prescribed Wardrobe Operations program is delivered
• Manage purchasing decisions for all equipment necessary for department set up
• Responsible for development, application and oversight of Wardrobe department operational, procedural and safety compliance
• Develop and manage operational, manpower budgets and ongoing uniform replacement
• Recommend improvements to overall efficiency of Wardrobe Operations
• Manage the daily function of Wardrobe Operations, including the automated uniform delivery system
• Monitor and control inventory levels of uniforms, garment quality, and on-going purchasing for the Theme Park

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Wardrobe Operations or relatedfield with 3 years' management experience
